We shall never understand the extent of God's love in Christ at the Cross untill we understand that we shall never have to stand before the Judgement of God for our sins. All our sins- without exception-were placed on Christ, and He took the judgement we deserve. He finished the work of redemption
 
There was once a traveler crossing the North Atlantic in a ship. He looked out the porthole one morning and saw one of the blackest clouds he had ever seen. He was certain that they were in for a terrible storm. He ordered his breakfast be sent to his room and spoke with the steward about the storm. The steward replied : "Oh, we've already come through that storm. Its behind us."
 
If we are believers in Jesus Christ, we have already come through the storm of judgement. It happened on the Cross 2,000 years ago. So don't be bound by your guilt or your fears any longer, but realize that sin's penalty has already been paid by Jesus Christ- completely and fully for all of eternity !!!
