I haven't heard back from the manager who said he wanted to give me a 6 month contract.  He has not signed the contract and sent it back.  I sent an email to inquire today to make sure he received the contract alright, and there has been no response.  Seems odd.
 
 
I tried to make a decision today regarding living situation.  I decided it would be best to give 30 day notice to my apt. complex and simultaneously give 30 day notice to tenants in my condo, since they refuse to sign a 1 year lease.  So I did.  I have now been informed by my property manager, that a new law has passed for CA, requiring 60 day notice to vacate.  So as it stands now, I am homeless from March 15 through April 15th.
 
Things just keep getting worse.
