"390 and 40"

In considering the debate about Ezekiel 4, I believe it deals with 430 combined years and the iniquity of Jerusalem. The destruction of Jerusalem is the context and Judah along with Israel, has brought Jerusalem to this place of humiliation amid the nations. Yes, Israel has already been dispersed and Judah remains at the time of Ezekiel, but the context is Jerusalem and its judgment.

So Jerusalem will be destroyed.

Seventy years later after the time of its desolations it is rebuilt. 430 - 70 = 360 years remaining
From 587 BC to 518 BC is 70-360 day years.

The balance of 360 years times 7 equals 2520 years. 7 x 360 = 2520
From 518 BC to June 7, 1967 is 2520-360 day years.

June 7, 1967
Jerusalem is regained in the Six-Day War, but the Temple Mount is returned to the Wakf.
Here ends the adjusted period of 430 years.

There is another period of 430 years.
From Abraham to the Exodus is 430 years, but then there is 40 more years added for lack of faith in the Wilderness that occurred with the 12 spies on the 9th of Av (Exodus 12:40, Galatians 3:17, Numbers 14).

Forty years from the Six-Day War would then parallel the wanderings in the Wilderness after 430 years. So it is 430 with another 40 added.
From June 7, 1967 to November 8, 2006 was 40-360 days years exactly (14,400 days).
The significances to this date were many, but nothing happened as anticipated.

However, in 2006 there were these things that happened.
1 - June 25th was the first kidnapping to precipitate the War in Israel.
2 - July 12th the War began.
3 - August 14th the Cease Fire began.

This was Israel's largest war in 33 years that lasted 33 days.

From June 25, 2006 to the 9th of Av was 40 days.
From July 12, 2006 to November 8, 2006 was 120 days.
From August 14, 2006 to Rosh Hashanah was 40 days with 12 days after the 9th of Av.

It had also been 12 years since Comet Shoemaker-Levy struck Jupiter on the 9th of Av in 1994.

So there are five total periods of 40 days before November 8, 2006 (40+120+40). Are there five after?
Combined into one it would be 200 days which comes exactly to Pentecost 2007.
November 8, 2006 to May 27, 2007 is 200 days.
Pentecost 2007 is exactly 40 x 365 days from June 7, 1967.
Pentecost is also 360 minus 40 days from July 12, 2006.

Is this the Rapture date? I do not know. There are other timings that are amazing up to July 3, 2007 (17th of Tammuz), which is 60 x 360 days from May 14, 1948. This is also the maximum age of those entering Israel after the wanderings. It is fitting that it starts at the birth of Israel in 1948.

120 days from Rosh Hashanah 2006 came to 1/20/2007 and the Hebrew day of 11/1--the day Moses gave Deuteronomy at the end of 40 years and in his 120th year.

60 days from 1/20/2007 is the religious New Year--Nisan 1. Its golden proportion falls on 2/25/2007 (Adar 7), which is the birth and death day of Moses. Hmmm.

60 days after November 8, 2006, Comet McNaught was first seen by the naked eye (1/6/2007) to become the brightest one in 40 years. To those tracking it beforehand, it was invisible for 40 days.

Christ ascended after 40 days. Likewise, are we waiting a period tied to 40?

Some diagrams are here. http://jesus2006.org/signsoftheend/Moses120.html

There is also another period of 430 years of 360 days given by Grant Jeffrey. From the close of the Old Testament in 397 BC to the Fall of 28 AD would calculate as 423.8 years to begin the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In any regard, the clock is ticking and He is returning very soon. Keep watching, but most importantly, believe on His name and the work that was done for us on the cross.

In His Name,
Daniel Matson
