This is the Covenant of Hamas a Covenant with Death and opposed to God's people.  These are the people who are now in "control" of the Palestinian Authority, West Bank and Gaza.  These are Israel's new "partners in peace."  They have recently rejected being blackmailed with foreign aid http://www.aljazeera.com/me.asp?service_ID=10507 but are now urging us to continue to fund them for humanitarian reasons Hammas appeals for Euro money .  Their point is that they will not give up their principles (the annihilation of the Jews and Israel) for aid -- fine!  Very principled of them, but they should not expect us to give up on our principles and fund them in their quest to impose their principles upon the Jews, US and the rest of the world.  It is clear what they want to achieve.
