Be very careful with tracts from this Living Stream Ministries.  My half sister is involved with this group, and years ago our mother told me she thought it was a cult and asked me to check it out on online.  I did, and found it was listed as such, and even heard an audio tape of them chanting and yelling "Jesus" at the top of their lungs, over and over. That website no longer exists--the man who owned it died, and Living Stream Ministries bought the site, and I believe lawsuits were filed by the "church" for declaring them a cult.  Anyway, it got ugly. Years ago, my sister also gave me their version of the Bible.  I told her not to leave it, as I had my King James Version and wasn't interested in any other.  She kept encouraging me to read their version, and said when I "came to verses that I couldn't accept", to just take it on faith, and she would explain it all later.  Well, I never even opened the book, because anything that has to come with that kind of warning is not anything I should be reading!  Cults have just enough truth to make an unwary reader take a wrong turn. 

 

As an example, here is their "new translation" of Daniel 9:24:

 

Seventy weeks are apportioned out for your people and for your holy city, to close transgression, to make an end of sins, to make propitiation for iniquity, to bring in the righteousness of the ages, to seal up vision and prophet, and to anoint the most holy place.

 

In this latest tract she sent me, which I am just now reading to write you about, it says that "at the end of the 1260 days, AC is destroyed fully by Christ.  Then 30 more days will be needed to clear up the contaminated, devastated and defiled temple.  Therefore at the end of the 1290 days of the great tribulation, the temple will be cleared up.  But, still there will be no sacrifices or offerings.  This service will need setting up. This will take another 45 days, which makes 1335 days.  Once this service is set up, all the people will be blessed in the offering of the sacrifices and oblations to God.
