"Anonymous smoking dream"
I heard a fellow at church witness about his
prayer for his smoking
addiction. He asked God to make him sick each time he
lighted up. It worked,
the next time he lighted up he got horribly ill. The
pastor stated his
father would allways pray the same prayer over someone
who asked to have
this addiction removed, and it worked. I guess if you
are realy serious you
won't be afraid to pray that. It is definately a wise
thing to stop smoking
and it certainly is quite an addiction. But our God is
certainly more
powerful than our addictions, our part is are we realy
willing to let God do
what ever it takes and do we realy want to quit. I have
heard a lot of
interesting ways for folks to be delivered from smoking.
The dream does
sound like you will be delivered from it but that something
innocent is
harmed by your deliverance. When I see a heavy smoker
it is like I see a
snake choking them around the neck, every time the snake
wants to be fed he
begins to choke the smoker until he sedates the snake
for a while with a
cigerette. The demon lives to torment and is not happy
unless he has control
by the use of torment. This dream kind of reminds me
of the man who had the
demons cast out of him and into the swine. The swine
then ran off the cliff.
The birds head burned up as the demon makes a last lash
out.
