Arab Countries Promise Financial Aid To PA(IsraelNN.com) Although Israel on Wednesday froze monthly tax payments to the Palestinian Authority, the PA has succeeded in finding money elsewhere.
The PA, is desperate need of funds to pay January salaries to its 137,000 employees, will receive more than $30-million from Saudi Arabia and Qatar, according to a senior PA official who spoke on condition of anonymity.
The deal is not yet final, the official said.
