Wow.....I just received insight into what is to happen to Israel, and what has been happening to Israel. I just saw it all so clearly in an instant! Most of the Jews in Israel do not really believe in God, they are secular. The current leadership of Israel is secular......this is why they continue to be "blind" to the dangers of their current course of action, "peace at any price", choosing to trust in man (the U.S.) rather than in God, which we all KNOW will NEVER bring peace....it is ramping up to DISASTER for them! The secular leadership and majority in Israel are blind leaders leading the blind right into the lion's den, right into the waiting jaws of their enemies. When they "think" that they have achieved "peace and safety", lying openly with their neighbors who hate them, THEN Sudden Destruction will fall upon them! (The war of Ezekiel 38 & 39 will fall upon them.) Only then will the "blind" secular leaders realize their terrible mistake.....America will not be able to come to their defense, because something dreadful has happened to America, to put it out of commission. Israel will be all alone with Russia and Iran and Germany and Turkey and other Muslim nations descending upon them, to annihilate them. The blind secular leaders and people will have no choice but to call upon God during their distress. God will answer with an astounding supernatural victory. THEN, finally realizing that God is their ONLY hope, the nation (the majority) will at least turn back to the LAW and demand to build their Temple.....THEN the last 7 years of Daniel's 490 years will begin again, back under the LAW. God answers these actions by sending the Two Prophets (the two witnesses), Moses and Elijah, since the last 7 years is back under the Law and the Prophets again.....and the 144,000 evangelists are ALL Jewish, fulfilling their great commission.Silly me! I've been scratching my head for years now, wondering what was the matter with the Jews in Israel, what was the matter with their leadership? Why are they giving up God's land to God's enemies? Why are they trusting in man AGAIN, and not in God! When will they learn? I guess it has to be this way. The holocaust was not enough for them in WWII which caused the miraculous rebuilding and restoration of Jews to God's Holy Land, the resurrection of a dead language (Hebrew) and the subsequent deliverances during the wars of 1967 and Yom Kippur war. Inspite of all this, the vast majority, STILL do NOT believe in God! I find this Unfathomable blindness! But we were told that they would remain blind, until the time of the Gentiles be finished. The church is still here, so the times of the Gentiles is still not finished. I guess they have to go through one more significant brush with death, Ezekiel 38/39, and supernatural delivery to at least restore their faith in the God of their fathers. Then at the end of the 7 years, the war of Armageddon, (which results in the in the loss of 2/3 of the Jewish life in Israel), will cause them go one step further and cry out for their Messiah in one accord. The one whom they pierced will answer. He has been waiting for this call. Then complete removal of blindness will happen in an instant.Bottomline? The Jews are being backed into a corner in Israel, where ONLY God can save them! What the enemy means for evil, God will turn around for Good. He is still in complete control. But nothing short of this, (apparently), will bring them to their spiritual senses. It must be necessary. Surely, God's ways are not our ways. He knows the end from the beginning. Surely He knows EXACTLY what He is doing.....it is ultimately for good and not evil.Its just hard to stand on the side-lines and watch all this happen. So what should we do, with the knowledge that the Holy Spirit gives us? Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem. Pray for the return of the Messiah. "The spirit and the bride say, 'Come!'" "Even so Come, Lord Jesus." Come quickly, indeed!Surely, the end is very near.
