John Clark,
I hear you brother.
There is SO much false prophesying going on these days, I have gotten to
the point where I usually don't even bother reading them. This particular
one caught my attention because of the intelligence information and developments
that likewise seemed to be pointing to an impending attack. I personally
had a great burden to pray the Friday and Saturday before January 23rd.
Then strangely, on Sunday afternoon on the 22nd, the burden or urgency to
pray just left. This thought came to my mind: "there would be
no attack on Monday".
Now did this mean
that the whole thing was a false prophecy or was this an intercessors release
that the matter had been prayed through?
Due to unusual
subsequent events, I have concluded that God answered our prayers, and terrorists
plans were disrupted. I follow the NorthEast Intelligence website
and receive their newsletter. I can assure you that they saw a very
alarming ramp up in suspicious terrorist activity, which caused them to
"independently" issue a "Special Report" the Friday before January 23rd.
They did not know about the prophecy.
Subsequent to this
period, NorthEast Intelligence has posted aborted terrorist plans, one after
the other.....so many in fact, their latest newsletter (which came out last
weekend) had to be kept short, since they were swimming in new intelligence
information regarding terrorists arrested, and explosives and arms confiscated.
You can draw your
own conclusion about what happened. But personally, I experienced
a tremendous burden to pray the weekend before Jan. 23rd, and then it subsided
on Jan. 22nd, as though the matter had been "prayed through". Consequently,
I don't care what anyone else thinks, due to my personal experience and
knowledge, no one will change my mind that God called His people
to intercede, intercession was made and the attacks were successfully
thwarted. A person with an experience is not at the mercy of someone
with a theory. If you are unfamiliar with the work of the intercessor,
I would highly suggest that you read the fascinating book about Reese Howell,
the intercessor GOD raised up in England to pray England through their most
desperate hours during WWII. Amazon.com:
