I highly concur with David Burnette that we may well be in a transition period from the church age into the post church age. The rapture must surely be close. Are you familiar with the work of late archaeologist Ron Wyatt? He discovered with God's guidance and help the locations of the most significant biblical objects of all time. Including the Ark of the Covenant, Noah's ark, Mt. Sinai, Sodom and Gomorrah, Red Sea crossing sight, etc...
In one of Ron's videos, he says that he with the aid of angels, removed the mercy seat lid off of the Ark of the Covenant and took the ten commandment tablets out and placed them safely inside the cave where these and other items from Solomon's temple are still hidden. The angels told him that these ten commandments will be publicly displayed during the time when the mark of the beast would be implemented. He said that! the world will be given a choice between the mark of the beast and these tablets.
The significant thing in all of this to me is that Jesus' blood is on that mercy seat and it is that which was protecting mankind from the direct exposure to the law. If that protection is now removed it suggests that God is getting ready to deal with man as he did before the church age: according to the law again. No man can keep the law but if they were not willing to get in by Jesus' sacrifice, then God must try another tactic to get them saved. Of some have compassion making a difference, others save by fear, Jude said. The compassion is ending, and the fear is ready to begin.
