(1 Chr 20:1 )  And it came to pass, that after the year was expired, at the time that kings go out to battle, .....
 
When is "the TIME that kings go out to battle"?
 
...after the year was expired...
 
When is that?
 
In the SPRING.
 
Kings went to battle when the latter rains had passed and the ground was dry enough for chariots and
soilders not having to worry about mud.
 
This coincides with MARCH 20th (Vernal Equinox): the days referenced in your post!
 
March is named after the Roman God MARS.. the God of War.
 
The timing of prophetic events could not be more amazing.
