"The Chosen Bride"

Called out of the body of Christ, the Bride is "a new creature: old things are passed away...all things are become new (2 Cor 5:17), a new person which after God ...created in righteousness and true holiness" (Eph 4:24).
Responding to the call, she has been obedient to the command of Jesus by receiving the "upper room" experience, for she is filled with "power and the Holy Spirit" as evidenced by her speaking in tongues described in the Book of Acts.  In Jesus the faithful Bride is made "perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works" (2 Tim 3:16). As she ministers to others through the gifts of the Spirit in 1 Cor 12, signs follow her ... devils are cast out and the sick recover (Mark 16: 17-18).
Through her complete faith in the precious blood of Jesus; her steadfast obedience to the Word; and her total submission to the Holy Spirit, the Bride makes herself ready (Rev. 19:7).  She is then seen by the Groom as holy, without the slightest sin, spot, wrinkle, or blemish (Eph 5:26-27).

In Christ,
