"Passover In A Far Country"
The Bible goes into fairly good detail about
the requirements for celebrating Passover when someone is in "a far country".
Since we cannot go where Jesus is, and since we are outside of Israel,
wouldn't that apply to us? Also noticed on this year's calendar (timeanddate.com)
how Easter is listed on March 27th while Passover is listed on the calendar
as April 24th-30th? I'm kind of confused why, I thought they were the same--could
someone please tell me why it's like that? And could 30 days later from
April 30th mean May 30th?
As far as Jim Bramlett's comment about 1998-2005 being
a potential first 7 prosperous years, I think that makes sense, especially
since 1998 was the 50 year jubilee for Israel and slaves are set free every
seventh year. It seems that our ascension would make perfect sense to be
in a jubilee year. Also, Rosh HaShanah this year is October 3rd-4th this
year which is 14000 days exactly from June 7th, 1967 when Jerusalem was
recaptured. There is also an annular solar eclipse on October 3rd this
year (Israel is 8 hours ahead of us), as well as a partial lunar eclipse
during Tabernacles--signs in the heavens which could be "shadows of things
to come"?
September 11th, 2001 seems to have been a major event
or marker. Counting off 3 1/2 years from then brings us to this Spring
or 4 years to October 3rd-4th. There are numerous references to 1260 days
in Revelation or time, times, and a half. Things seem to be changing rapidly
also--still watching,
