Hello Doves,

I too had similar thoughts (as Mr.Porter) about Terri's suffering without food and water.  Her husband should try lying helpless without food and water and no way to call for help before he condemns her again to die that way.  A truly compassionate person would hand her care over to her parents, as they obviously WANT to care for Terri with deep parental love.

When life support is withdrawn in the most severe medical cases, death often comes within minutes or hours, not six days or longer!  Keep praying!
