REPORT: United States Assistance to the Palestinians

The President announced in the State of the Union on February 3 that he will ask Congress for $350 million for the Palestinians to support political, economic and security reforms.

Planned breakdown of assistance and programs:

$1 million for higher education and training programs
$1 million for community services - including youth programs and job
creation
$1 million for private sector development
$1 million for support for primary health care
$1 million for water infrastructure - construction of wells, pipelines
and water distribution systems
$ 150 million to line the pockets of corrupt Palestinian officials
$ 195 million for modern new weapons with which to kill more Jews

Total: $ 350 million of U.S. taxpayer money down the drain (again).
Will Uncle Sucker ever learn?

I got a better idea: Let them seize the billions Arafat stole and stashed away in foreign banks!  Why not?  If international courts have any worth at all, they could be instrumental in getting this money returned to the Palestinian people.  Why let Arafat get away with this?  His money is worth nothing where he is now anyway and won't even buy him a cool drink of water..
