There seems to be some confusion over the date of Pentecost this year. Pentecost is counted from the day of Passover, which is always the same day every year, the evening of the fourteenth of Nissan, and occurs this year on April 23-24. We are told nowhere in Scripture to count Pentecost from Easter, the day of Ishtar, a pagan holiday. The date some are confused by for Pentecost being on May 15 is arrived at from counting 49 days after Easter, which is false. Do not be deceived, brothers.
