According to this article when this Bishop was asked if he believed the Bible is the inspired word of God, he answered by stating, "I believe the Bible is a book of poetry with a lot of history in it. I believe the Prayer Book has all that one needs for salvation."  2 Timothy 3:16 clearly states, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."
