HEARING TO DISMISS ON FEBRUARY 17 2/13/05(RA) - "A hearing for the OutFest arrests is scheduled before Judge Pamela Dembe at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 17 in Courtroom 707 of the Crimimal Justice Center, located at 1301 Filbert Street in Philadelphia, PA. This hearing is on a motion to dismiss all the charges against the Christians. An outside worship service will proceed the hearing."
