I know many will reply to Steve about Pesach and Easter.

Here's what I understand after I studied why there isn't a match with the
Church's observances.  In the feasts observed by Yeshua there is no Lent, no
Good Friday, no Easter.  They only exist in the Church's calendar.

Honestly, for me it is just easier to follow the feasts as spelled out by the
Jewish calendar than to reconcile the Greco-Roman calendar and Church
observance to the feasts!

The Pesach Sedar meal itself is always the 14 of Nisan (Abib) - which is in
the evening, as a "day" since Creation always starts in the evening.  The
month of Nisan is in the spring of the year.  And exactly a lunar month
later, Iyar 14, the "second/delayed" Pesach is observed by those who are not
able to observe the Nisan Pesach because of travel or an "unclean" state.

Easter is not the same as Pesach.  IF comparisons are drawn, Easter is related
to First Fruits;  Pesah is to Communion;  Good Friday is preparation day.
Those who observe Easter can explain how that timing.

The "first day of the week" following Pesach itself, which we call Sunday, is
when Yeshua fulfilled His High Priest duties in His Glorified Body.  Counting
50 days later brings one again to the "first day of the week" for Shavuot.

The time between Pesach itself and the First Fruits does change because Nisan
14, full moon, does not always fall on the same day of the week.  First
Fruits does always come on the "first day of the week", which we call Sunday.

Those who know history will be able to tell you when the believers cut
themselves off from the feasts as related to the Jewish calendar.

As I said ealier, I just find it easier to go right to the source for
observing the feasts/Sabbath that Yeshua did.  And to help myself keep track
of "times" I have full-year combo calendar that I will glady share.  Just let
me know.
