Tom,  when  looking at your post  including "First Adar One" and  "Second Adar One". I was struck with, could this be 111 and 1111 and could this be a window in time for these events in your post???????
Also, several days ago I read a report coming out of Russia, that high level Russian military were moving into "underground complex", hinting at future geological and weather related changes precipitated by the Sumatra quake as the reason. I thought it kind of smelled funny at the time.
