Back in December I presented a hypothesis that the final 3 1/2 years might run spring 2005 through fall 2008.  Link: More Signs & 2005 Thoughts  There is another time calculation which seems to point to 2008.  Yesterday, our sister Arlene presented the importance of the timeframe of the "hour' as it relates to the end times.  Scripture makes it clear that if we are watching, we should be able to recognize this final "hour" which is to come upon the earth.  This "hour" also appears to harmonize well with several other time periods discussed recently.

There have been many letters this past month showing how scripture indicates a timeframe of 38 years for Israel to be punished in the wilderness, and 38 years of infirmity of the sick man before he was healed by Yeshua.  This could be indicative of a period of time that Israel is punished, or is sick, for the sin of rejecting the Temple Mount at the 1967 six day war.  Counting 38 years from the 1967 six day war brings one to 2005.  Following this same analogy, Yeshua would heal Israel at the conclusion of 38 years of punishment/infirmity.  This analogy could be pointing to the start of the time of healing as 2005.  But remember, Israel will not be completely healed until the 2nd Coming when they will finally look upon the One whom they pierced and realize He is their messiah.

Others have presented that the oldest age of someone entering into the Promised Land would have been just under 60 years.  [19 years old + 40 total years in the wilderness = 59 & any number of days short of their 60th birthday]  Counting 59.9 [or just short of 60] years from when Israel became a nation in 1948 [I.E. was born] brings one to 2008.  This could be an analogy that at the completion of just under 60 years since Israel was "born", they would enter the promised land of the Kingdom; in 2008.  Keeping in mind that they would not be completely healed until the 2nd Coming, which also ushers in the time of the Kingdom, a timeframe of 2005 through 2008 appears to be indicated for the healing.

Now if we consider the final hour that we are to be looking for, notice the following calculation:

• 1 day is as 1000 years.
• 1 day is made up of 24 hours.
• 1000/24 = 41.67
• Converted to prophetic 360 day years = 41.07 years [41.67*360/365.25]

So based upon the day = 1000 years precept, an hour would be equivalent to just over 41 years.  If we use the important prophetic marker of the 1967 six day war when Israel brought forth leaves and gained control of Jerusalem, and we count 41.07 years, we come to 2008!!  The final generation; the final hour; spanning the time from the momentous events of 1967 to a conclusion in 2008!!  Very soon we will see if this timeframe of 2005 through 2008 is indeed the time for which we are all watching.
