Thanks for the question, Bill.  First, I do not know if there is going to be an EMP attack on our country.  This is a theory that is being put out there, by Perry Stone, to my understanding.  I am only suggesting that an EMP attack is one of the possibilities for the Planned Sudden Destruction.  The demise of the U.S. is the last goal of the New World Order.  Perhaps an EMP attack on our country will be their method of operation.  I certainly do not know that, nor do I have any inside information to that effect.
 
I have re-read the passage in Rev. 11, concerning the two witnesses.  Nowhere does it say that "Every eye on earth will see the two witnesses".  The King James version reads like this in Rev. 11:8--9, "And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city...And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half."  The Scriptures nowhere say that every person on earth will see their dead bodies, nor do the Scriptures even imply that.  The Scriptures do imply that the dead bodies will be viewed on TV and that this viewing will be widespread.  An EMP attack, to my understanding, would only knock out the electricity of the U.S.  Perhaps I am wrong, as maybe it would be the entire North American continent.
