I guess I don't see it the way you shared it.  Who says that the EMP must come first?  Who says that it is the ONLY nuke that will be dropped?  I imagine if we are nuked (be it EMP, or conventionally), we would most certainly respond in kind.  As to the whole world seeing the two witnesses, I presume you mean by TV?  Well, when Christ returns, the whole world sees HIM and I don't think it is through a TV set.  If God wants us to see those 2 witnesses, I think He has something better than a TV set to use.  Just saying.
 
Ron has named the day of Sudden Destruction.  Nothing in the Bible says that he cannot set that date.  He speculates, hopes, prays, believes that January 8th will be our day for the Rapture.  I hope and pray that he is correct.  I have been under dreadful spiritual attack recently (my entire family has).  What a blessing it would be to have my respite in Christ.  I long for that day like no other.
 
Ron, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and Mathman so very much for keeping us encouraged.  You are a blessing to me and to everyone who reads you here.  Like a lifeline in a turbulent sea, you provide that line of safety and direction that all of us MUST have.  From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.
