Dear JesusRocks & Doves,
You had written the following:
I have really enjoyed reading all of your posts on Fivedoves. I have long been under the belief that the tribulation had to be 7 years long and that we believers had to be gone before that 7 years started. Now I am not so sure. It has been a stretch for me to think outside the box--especially where numbers are concerned. I am more of an English person than a math person. But you have made it easy to understand! I really liked the posts where you made the odds into short stories. There is no question about it that the numbers you have uncovered are NOT coincidental.
After reading your posts very carefully (and Ron Reese's new post about the NWO), however, there is one thing I just can't get past. J.R. Church and other prophecy scholars have written accounts that suggest the Psalms are prophetic lining up with years in recent history. For instance, Psalm 48 lines up with the year 1948, Psalm 67 lines up with the year 1967, etc. In addition, Psalms is the 19th book of the Bible, therefore Psalm 48 is book 19 psalm 48 (1948). If that is the case, then Psalm 111 would line up with 2011, 112 would parallel 2012, etc. These Psalms follow a menorah pattern. Psalm 111-113 start with "Praise the Lord." Psalm 114 has no "Praise the Lord." Psalms 115-117 end with, "Praise the Lord." They also illustrate a picture of the tribulation in the wording.
So my question to you is, how can the math you have presented (final 7 years =2008-2015)line up with the potentially prophetic Psalms (final 7 years = 2011-2017)? I only ask because it is the final straw of which I can't seem to let go. I know you are very busy, but if you can find the time, I look forward to reading your response on Fivedoves. Blessings to you and all of the work you are doing for the Lord. May He come quickly and find us in the center of His will!
Excellent question! However, I must say that I find the Psalms matching up with years to be an interesting theory, but do not personally feel that this theory is conclusive. I personally would not stake my beliefs on this “matching of Psalms” having to be a fact (again, this is just my personal opinion).
However, let us assume that Psalm 111 to 118 matches to 2011 to 2018, which in no way am I saying it does. Assuming this, here is one possible theory. 2011 could be the year of our POSSIBLE 40 day warning, PERHAPS from Kislev 24 (December 19/20, 2011) and upward, equal to January 28, 2012, with the seven years of weapon burning from the Battle of Ezekiel 38 / 39 being completed in the years 2012 to 2018, inclusive.
Admittedly, these are just sporadic thoughts and I have absolutely no convictions on what I have outlined in this post or on this Psalm Year Matching theory in general. For those who have strong opinions or alternative answers for JesusRocks, please feel free to express them as this is not a topic of discussion I will be entertaining again in the future (I simply have no calling to do anything further on this).
JesusRocks – I apologize that I could not be definitive AT ALL in my answer. However, perhaps it will send you in the right direction for your answer.
