"Damascus & 1
Thessalonians 4:16"
Readers -
1 Thessalonians reads as follows:
"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:"
This is verse number
29620 (2962 x 10)
2962 = 1481 x 2 (1481 is the base prime number)
going to Strong's 1481g =
ethnarches {eth-nar'-khace} from 1484 and 746;; n m AV -
governor 1; 1 1) an ethnarch, one set over a people as ruler,
but without the authority and name of a king
from 2 Corinthians 11:32
the word by itself would seem to have no connection to the 1
Thess 4:16 verse, but reading the (only) verse it is found in
seems to indicate something -
"In DAMASCUS the governor under Aretas the king kept the city
of the Damascenes with a garrison, desirous to apprehend me:"
(emphasis mine)
This might place Damascus square in the middle of the 1 Thess
4:16, which is something I've been theorizing about for quite
a while; specifically that Damascus is destroyed at the time
of the Descending/Resurrection/Rapture event that is coming.
