Dear Doves,
When we critique one another's
interpretation of the Scriptures we should NOT flatly proclaim that someone is
'wrong' or use any other similar negative word because NONE of us has been
'proven right' yet. Rather, we should use language of respectfulness and
use phrases like 'you could be wrong' or 'you may be mistaken' or 'have you
thought of this alternative'?
To say that someone else's opinion is
'definitely wrong' indicates that you think that your opinion is 'definitely
right'. Who among us can claim that our opinion is 'definitely right'?
Certainly NOT ME!
