Here is a current list of cardinal electors from Italy although not
necessarily from Rome.
Although the rules can be changed at any time, in general one must be a
"Papabile" or eligible to be elected pope. This means the
candidate must be under 80.
All popes choose their name by which they are called, so although there
are no Peters on the list, any of them could choose
"Peter"
And of course this list can be added to at any time, and can be reduced
by death.
