You are not alone.  In the summer of 2008 around dusk, still light outside - both my son (8yrs at the time) and I were strolling around our neighborhood.  We both just walked or traveled to a wooded area with an open field and there was a duck pond behind us.  As he and I were walking and talking together just having fun - all of a sudden small little lights or faries or spirits (not sure) beautiful lights swooshed by the both of us. We could see them flying around.  I stopped and said "did you just see that?"  Hoping and praying I wasn't loosing my mind.  But, he said yes, mom I did.  What was that or who was that?  We both still talk about the lights or spirits or angels or faries that flew by us.  I don't know what it was but they were there.
