Mark 13:24
"But in those days, AFTER THAT TRIBULATION,.."

Which one is 'THAT'?

It is the 'first one' THAT is exclusive to Israel, and is called 'Jacob's tribulation' ie. "Jacob's trouble".

Matthew 24:29
"IMMEDIATELY AFTER the (that) tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken."

The next, or 'second tribulation' will be world-wide and begin with the 'wrath of God' being poured out over the whole world in the Seventh Seal. There will be very little time between the end of the 'first tribulation' of Isreal and the beginning of the 'second tribualtion' of the whole world.
 
The events of the 'Sixth Seal' will happen between the end of the 'first tribulation'of Israel and the beginning of the 'second tribulation' of the whole world.
