In my experience, a number given as a date would be straight forward more
than a cipher.  Also, zeros are numbers in math, especially if they
seperate the thousands and the ones colums.  I am deeply impressed that
this is more personal in nature; and I instantly wondered if anything
significant (good or bad) happened in your life or the lives of those
around you on 1/11/92 or 11/1/92.  Since this dream was in '88 as you said,
then this seems reasonable.  Either way, the order of the numbers seems
important.  So if not either of those dates, we could also take it
backwards and come up with 2/19/11 (reading right to left in numbers that
fit our calendar), or 29/1/11 (European format).  But again, my strongest
impression is that it was in '92; I am especially pulled that way by the
fact that those around you stopped crying when you opened the scroll.
