There are 2 resurrections of saints, one before the Tribulation, the other just before God's wrath falls on the Day of God's wrath. I haven't found any scripture that says that there are different standards. I assume that those that deserve to be in the first group will be resurrected with the first group. Those that deserve to be in the second group will be resurrected with the second group.
