Rev 14:8	A second angel followed and said, "Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great, which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries."
Rev 16:19	The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath.
Rev 17:5	This title was written on her forehead: Mystery Babylon the Great The Mother of Prostitutes And of the Abominations of the Earth.
Rev 18:2	With a mighty voice he shouted: "Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great! She has become a home for demons and a haunt for every evil* spirit, a haunt for every unclean and detestable bird.
Rev 18:10	Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: " 'Woe! Woe, O great city, O Babylon, city of power! In one hour your doom has come!'
Rev 18:21	Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a large millstone and threw it into the sea, and said: "With such violence the great city of Babylon will be thrown down, never to be found again.

    

I sure can't see that America is Babylon. First of all Babylon is called a city. America is not a city.

Also Babylon is extremely evil, violent and Godless and is destroyed mid trib, in one hour, after the 144,000

are already in heaven.  America being evil and violent in comparison with other nations is ridiculous.

Think of Russia over the years.  Not only are we not Godless we are the most Christian nation that has ever existed

and have been since our birth.

 

If we are soon nuked as so many have seen, it will no doubt be because of our Godly support of the nation of Israel

not because we have done anything evil to deserve it. The people that may harm us though are incredibly evil nations.

 

America has her faults certainly (who doesn't), but in comparison with other nations, we are by far the greatest.

We are by far the most generous. We help even our enemies.  We have used our military to help other nations, have shed our blood to help other countries like Israel in WW2. We supply help to Israel to the tune of 90 billion a year (I believe).

We are the only nation who stands by Israel and are the only super power in Israel's history who hasn't attempted to destroy and overtake her.

 

Think of the help we have given Africa with their aids epidemic alone! (no one talks about that because it was done

under the Bush administration)

 

We have the power to go to the middle east, destroy them and rob their oil. We haven't done so and we won't.

Even though we need the oil and are at their mercy (which does not exist)

 

America has the power to be Imperialistic but we aren't. What countries have we overtaken and possessed?

Think of all the countries England and Russia owned at one time and took by force.

 

America has sent out more missionaries than any other country- by far. Missionaries from this nation have preached

the gospel to every nation and shed their life blood to do so. Our ministries send satellite Christian TV

to every remote nation so every soul can hear the gospel and be saved.

 

I really take issue with America being the evil Babylon. I am not sure who or what

Babylon is but it sure isn't America. At least not the America of today.

It has become evident to me in the past few weeks that there is a message more important than any other.

America is Babylon and will soon be destroyed in one hour.  Revelation 18, Jeremiah 50-51

I once thought my unsaved friends and family here in America would have time to see certain foretold events come to pass.  I no longer think this will be the case.  

Please warn your unsaved friends and family to repent and turn to Jesus.  Please tell those who are saved to prepare spiritually for the days ahead.  No one knows for sure just how much we will or won't experience before the rapture.  Modern day prophets have been saying for years (decades) that America will be destroyed suddenly.  Go read them for yourself.  

There's a common thread running through many of those dreams and visions.  God will supernaturally protect his people through some dark days.  But we have to be spiritually ready to be used by Him.  Please begin fasting and praying and turning away from every besetting sin and distraction.  People, let's get ready.
