The sum of the differences between the first two opposite spokes (#1 minus #11 and #2 minus #13) is 4524. This is the circumference of the 'Circle of Time'.

 

The sum of the 8 values in the last spoke (#22) is 2008. When I added the 22nd: composite, prime and triangle numbers the sum became 2368.

 

        The sum of this last spoke #22 (2008) minus the sum of the 8 values in its opposite spoke #11 (1068) = 940.

 

                2368 decimal = 940 hexadecimal

 

This would appear to link to the year 2008 and Jesus Christ.
