I just finished reading all the briefs of cases currently pending before the Supreme Court (Berg, Donofrio, Wrotnowski, Strunk, and Hunter). Personally, they ALL have some problems, but by far the most obvious and biggest one is the very basic one of standing. None, imho, establish it unquestionably. Donofrio is the closest one, and the best written-- but even his standing is still questionable, imho.I have felt since I first heard of it, that the Alan Keyes' case would probably be the one case that has the best chance. After reading the other briefs I decided to read at length the Keyes' brief. I have become even more convinced that if this is the method God uses, this will be THE CASE that is the weapon Jael will use to strike the 'fatal blow'. Keyes' brief is very well written, very to the point, and there is NO QUESTION that Keyes has standing-- he was a candidate for president (Hunter was too, but his brief and argument elsewhere is weak, imho). Keyes' brief can be read here. One thing I like to do is look at the names of those involved, because they are often "clues." As with the letter posted on this topic recently (see LINK), armed with knowledge of the Word we are able to prophetically consider what the Lord is saying by understanding the roles and names of the people involved. In reading Keye's brief we see that there are two additional plaintiffs in the case. One by the last name of Drake, was the VP candidate on Keyes' ticket bid for POTUS (obviously has standing along with Keyes). The other plaintiff is last-named Robinson and likely has standing because he is a certified California elector. In looking at the meaning of the names, we see the following---KEYES- occupational name for a maker of keys or for someone holding the ceremonial office of key-bearer, ...from the Middle English "kay(e)" (which means pure).DRAKE- from the Old English pre 7th Century byname or nickname "Draca", meaning "dragon" or "snake", in Middle English "Drake", Old Norse "Draki". The derivation for all these forms is from the Latin "draco", snake, or monster. As a nickname, it would presumably apply to someone formidable and fierce in battle, but it could also be a metonymic "occupational" surname for a standard-bearer, as in "Draker".ROBINSON- This was originally a compound name with the elements "hrothi", and "berhta", meaning "fame-bright". Son of rabin or, rabbi. When we see these clues, we are inevitably drawn to the following Scripture:"And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit." (Rev. 9:1).If the KEYES case is THE sword of judicial punishment that is used by "Jael", then it is providing us with even more information. Keyes prophetically holds the "keys" to the kingdom, one of which is the "key" to the bottomless pit. The "famous and bright dragon" (Drake name meaning) which is the "star cast down from heaven" (Rev. 9:1) describes figuratively the very effect of the "deadly head wound" that is to be inflicted upon the usurper. When he receives this death blow, it effectively casts him down from the "high place" he sees himself in. He believes himself to be above the law (thus, in the heavens). When he is cast down from this lofty position by judicial sword, it seems to have the simultaneous effect of opening the bottomless pit.Rev. 9:2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
Apparently FIVE MONTHS of turmoil are what can be expected as a result of this judicial blow. Some have theorized that the locusts represent martial law (and description of tanks). At the very least, it could be said to describe civil war and unrest that may result.Right now, however, Keyes' case is not before the U.S. Supreme Court-- It is before the Superor Court of California, with an tentative court date of Dec. 11th. It is anticipated that a negative ruling against Keyes would then initiate a petition for writ of certiori to the US Supreme Ct.But.....I have a possible theory, taking all of these things and types into consideration....If we consider that in the biblical story type of Sisera and Jael that it was SISERA that fled and went to Heber (Hebron, i.e., FRIENDship), then I would anticipate that the Superior Court would rule in Keyes' favor, in which case it would then be Obama who would appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. He would be, as it were, "on the run." If that occurs, I would not be at all surprised to see them submit their case to Justice Ginsberg (as per reasoning stated here ). At the very least though, we know it will be she who strikes the hammer and delivers the fatal blow.Blessings and Glory to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior,Anonymous Lurker
