2015 is a Sabbath Year,  so If Jesus were to return to earth at the close of the 2520 days on a sabbath year this would be the only year remaining within a 70 year generation thats a Sabbath year-- and counting from May 14, 1948. So we both agree on 2015.

 

 

Nisan 1 does hold alot of significance according to what you listed I went over the points  but its  Tishri 1 (Rosh Hashanah), that is  "the head of the year. 

 

 The calculation of ten sabbatical cycles/70 years  from 1945  From the Sabbatical year of 1945, the end of WWII ( when the nation of Israel was freed from their arch enemy  Adolph Hitler and the Nazi regime) to the Sabbatical year 2015  its intriguing.   I actually like the calculation youve done here.

I thought  it doesnt have to be exactly on  October 20, 21, 2008 ( this date holds no significance)  but sometime before that --  perhaps some date of significance like May of 2008 as Abbas suggested a few months ago that he would like to reach a peace treaty by May of 08.
