First they went for the dogs and the cats in Australia as far back As in the early ‘90s here.
Then they went for the criminals as an anklet. Then they toted the usefulness of keeping our kids From getting kidnapped.
Next they want to keep a tab on the whereabouts of the recalcitrant kids.
Then someone thought of putting on immigrants who were ‘allowed ‘ to come illegally into a country;
Now they want to slap it on the old, and the frail.
Next it will be on all of us!!!
I pray we hear the trumpet call soon! The noose is indeed  getting tighter.
