Hi Barry,

I wanted to thank you for your write-up "Take Heed Brethren ..." It said all I wanted to say to many Christians I know, as well as to myself, regarding that state of spiritual readiness that we all need to occupy.

You also wrote "let’s face it; the rapture is going to be scary." You are the first person I've heard openly confess this. I just mentioned to my husband yesterday that although I look so forward to the rapture (whenever it happens) there is a part of me that is a bit scared to go through it (much better than the alternative though). It's similar to the death experience. Although we know the Lord is with us through death we as humans (if we're honest with ourselves) can be apprehensive regarding the experience. Thank you for your honesty. I don't feel as alienated with this feeling.
