Ok! my phone make is"Bird" and i have been noticing this now for almost a year something unusual with this phone,SOMETIMES IT COMBINES MINUTES ALTERNATIVELY IT JUMPS MINUTES. For example say now its 9:19, when i watch it closely sometimes it turns 9:20 and it stays 9:20 for afew seconds say 10 then it jumps to 9:21. Sometimes it may jump 9:20 and go straight to 9:21. I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THIS PHONE WAS MADE THAT WAY but it is quite amazing.
 
Concerning 44 and 22, it is now almost 3 months i have been seeing this wherever i check time on my phone and it happens quite oftenly but i never thought of posting it and i am not sure of what it means and whether it just coincidence or not.
 
Oooooh! i may not be able to finish saying everything before HE STEPS ON THE CLOUDS OF HEAVEN AND WE SEE HIM JUST AS HE IS,AND HE CALLS US UP THERE. HOSSANNA.
