"IS THE SEED YET IN THE BARN"

IS THE SEED YET IN THE BARN

As Yeshua sat down in the synagogue in Nazareth on the Sabbath, he read the text out of Isaiah 61:2. Was He looking up the prophetic road some 1978 years proclaiming the ‘Year of Jubilee’ that I believe begins on Yom Kippur October 9, 2008!

He stopped his reading at “to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord”, going no further or elaborating on the “day of vengeance”.

As we look ahead a couple of chapters to Isaiah 63:4 we see that ALONG WITH THIS “day of vengeance” He has a “year of his redeemed” in His heart! Could this period of time be the first three ‘events’ in the graph below?

BABY DUE DATE A CYCLE OF BLESSING

From December 21, 2007 to October 9, 2008 is 294 days or a ‘baby due date’ cycle.

This text out Haggai echo’s what I believe is this cycle’s soon coming fulfillment, as the United States, the “strength of the kingdoms of the gentiles” is destroyed.

Haggai 2:18 'Consider now, from this day on, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, from the day the foundation of YHVH's temple was laid, consider this: 19 there's no longer any seed in the barn, is there? and the vine, fig tree, pomegranate tree and olive tree have produced nothing yet, right? However, from this day on, I will bless you." 22a… And I will overthrow the throne of Kingdoms, the strength of the gentiles;

THE “REDEEMED” A PROSPEROUS REMNANT SEED

Zechariah 8:11 But now I will not be to the remnant of this people as in the former days, said the LORD of hosts. 12 For THE SEED SHALL BE PROSPEROUS; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things. 13 And it shall come to pass, that as you were a curse among the gentiles, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so I will  save you, and YOU SHALL BE A BLESSING: fear not, but let your hands be strong.

Here are some highlights from the classic “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion” text out of Joel 2:1-32 They cross reference easily with the Haggai and Zechariah texts from above.

At the day of the LORD; God will send in His army of locusts the same time His weapons of indignation are bringing fire that devours before them; and flames that burn behind them: the land will be like the Garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yes, and nothing shall escape them.

There will be an earthquake; the heavens will tremble: the sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:  And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

Now, said the LORD, you turn to me with all your heart, rend your heart, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and relent evil.  Blow the trumpet in Zion, Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and do not give your land to reproach, that the gentiles should rule over them: that they should say among the people, Where is their God?

TO THE WILDERNESS A PLACE OF REFUGE

Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, Yes, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and you shall be satisfied there: and I will no more make you a reproach among the nations:  But I will remove far off from you the northern army, see Ezekiel 39:4,11-13, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savor shall come up, because he has done great things.

 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things, the pastures will spring in the wilderness, for the tree bears her fruit, the fig tree and the vines yield their strength.  Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he has given you the former rain moderately, and will cause to come down the latter rain in the first month.  And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.

 And it shall come to pass after, (exile to wilderness) that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:  And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

Isaiah 49:25 But thus said the LORD, Even the captives, the mighty shall take away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contends with thee, and I will save thy children. 26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall become drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Savior and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
