"To Peggy and Karen re dress
code"
Karen and Peggy.
Don't loose hope! In time God will lead you to
the congregation He wants you to join. (Or maybe it is His desire that
you start a fellowship in your own home - even if it only starts as one
or two other people)
I have been a Christian for the last 12 years and only
in the last year have I found a home. Our little church has bikers
and stay at home moms and everyone in between. Some people wear dresses
and cover our heads and others wear holy (in both senses of the word) jeans
and t shirts. Some have many tatoos and piercings, others have none.
Some are recovering drug addicts, some have done time, some are converted
mormons, some are cowboys, each person has a different story, but in each
of them God's glory shines through.
We all stay after the service and have lunch together,
so we have time to really know each other.
I tell you this so that you know, there are places to
fellowship and get support. Don't try to stand alone, God intended for
us to gather in groups to support each other - shield to shield.
Alone the enemy will attack you.
I will pray that God's will for you will be made known.
Your sister in Christ,
Jill
