"re withdrawel word, and
more"
Concerning Chips letter re withdrawel.
Like a man of few words the Lord does not need to say
much for us to get it.
We can speak thousands of words and still we are lacking.
For this we need the Holy Spirit.
THis word reminds me of Song of Solomon when the groom
withdraws. The bride is in a panic and goes searching for her love. We
find him in the our hiding place, under the stairs shut out from the world
in our prayer closet.
Also it seems to be a sign not only of just before he
returns but also a response to what he sees.
Have you a relationship that you have been trying and
trying to reach but they are never there, mentally or physically? What
do you do? You withdraw from that person.
Seems to me that there is much noise in some churches
yet little substance. THey make a bunch of noise and go back and do the
same old thing, like they are in 2 different worlds. Perhaps since they
are giving insincere love he says enough. Prayer meetings are replaced
with praise meetings, like the Norwegian prophecy posted the other day.
Withdrawel indeed is a thing that we fight against when
we struggle to separate from things that we know are not good for us. We
have become addicted to the distractions of the world. The same chemical
reaction that enslaves the chemically addicted effects us. TV, noise computers,
music, video games, the media all clamor and demand our attention. THe
Lord get the cold shoulder. Therefore he withdraws.
