Hi John & All:
 
I greatly appreciate the insights offered by my dear brother. I am fairly certain that when he refers to Christians gleefully jumping on the bandwagon and who assume any of these ministries are guilty, that he is not pointing the finger at anyone from the Doves. Speaking for myself, I have in fact applauded two of the ministries involved -- Joyce Meyer and Paula White.
 
From my read of the other Dove posters, I have also not detected any malice of thought in their postings. What I have detected in these posts, is a need for trust to be strengthened and affirmed. We want to know that when life gets to be its darkest, that we can turn on these programs and know of a certainty we are not being played.
 
It doesn't mean we are wrong -- and it doesn't mean you are wrong. But we do reserve the right to formulate an opinion based upon the facts we know, and if we later discover the facts to be different, I am sure we will be honest about it.
