Christmas was depressing for me, too.  Like others have said, something was different this time.  It felt to me like Jesus wasn't even IN Christmas this year, like He's withdrawn His presence from Christmas.  I don't know how to make that sound like it makes any sense.  I haven't figured it out, either.  Maybe it's a foretaste of what Christmas will be like after the church is gone -- if Christmas is even allowed!
