Hi again, precious Doves!
 
Today makes exactly 6 months since I smoked my last cigarette, and I feel great!!!  I walk our parking garage (5 stories) with my GFs each day during lunch and sometimes on breaks (only DOWN ramps, not UP yet... I had smoked for 35 years!!!), and am trying to do all I can to lose the additional weight I'd put on as a result of quitting (about 10 lbs. maybe).  But I've totally lost my "smoker's cough", my senses of taste and smell are returning, my allergies are getting WAY better, etc.
