"Who Isn't The Anti Christ #3"

 Who Isn't The "Antichrist?"
Hi Cal,

Quote:
However,scripture is clear that the second beast is given the power of the first beast, but I do not believe Nero was the "numbered beast", as "manipulation" has to be done with language (and gematria) for Nrn Qsr to arrive at 666.
Since the gematria number is given as "666" I am of the belief it may deal with the fact that the Gematria number for man is "6" and the number for spiritual completness is "7."

I have a sneaking suspicion that as "777" would be the gematria number for the complteteness of the true Godhead, so too then would "666" be the "number" for the triune anti-Christ beast unholy Satanic godhead.

That being Satan, the false prophet and the entire "beast, both first and last, being the seven headed, or seven spirited, antichrist spiritual power.

I believe that Satan has people on a wild goose chase looking for somebody whose name or authority, somehow coincides with the number "666." It's way too simple if that were the case.

Looking at the original Greek text Cal, it says more precisely:

"... arithmos (number) ho (of the ) therion (wild beast) arithmos (number) gar (for) anthropos (of human) eimi (it is) kai (and) ho (the) arithmos (number) autos (of it) hexacosioi (six hundred) hexaconta (sixty) hex (six)..."

It would read more accurately as "the number for human, six hundred sixty six ", not "the human" (or the man) but, just the perfect antithesis to the triune Godhead in human form, meaning the truine Satanic godhead embodied in the false prophet. Just as Jesus was the full embodiment of the truine Godhead in the flesh.

Since God also has seven spirits, I think the antithesis also has seven spirits that would define it. The first "beast with seven heads" defines that power as does the seven spirited Godhead define that power.

The second beast has two horns which indicate it is a three entity beast, just as the triune Godhead is also. Combined, they both make the beast that we see in Revelation 19:20 being tossed into the lake of fire.

Notice that after the mention of two beasts in Revelation 13:1 & 11 the "beast" is no longer identified as two seperate beasts. There is only one "beast" tossed into the lake in Revelation 19:20;

And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Revelation 20:4 and 20:10 also have but one "beast" and nowhere between Revelation 13 and the tossing of "the beast" into the lake do we see one of the two "beast" entities disappearing. After Revelation 13:11 the "beast" is only spoken of as singular.

I believe it is a mimic of the true Godhead in that it is comprised of a triune Father, Son and Holy Spirit, while the unholy, or Satanic godhead, would be Satan, the false prophet and the "beast" or unholy "antichrist spirit" that it is comprised of.

We have a seven spirit Godhead as seen in Revelation 1:4, 3:1, 4:5, & 5:6.

And we also have a triune Godhead as seen in Matthew 28:19. Two definitve entities, yet, one entity. I believe the seven stars we see in Revelation 1:20 is also the seven spirit entity portion of that Godhead.

The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches : and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.

And if we look at Luke 8:2 Mary Magdalene is possessed by seven devils or seven evil spirits. I believe it is signatory of this seven "headed" or spirited antichrist spirit.

And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils,

I also believe Cal, that the "head with the wound unto death" is that spirit of antichrist Jesus defeated that tempted Him. It is "spiritually dead" yet it lives eternally. Right now it is at work in the world and will be "unveiled" in the embodiment of the false prophet.

Sounds complicated but, if we just take the identifying characteristics of the true Godhead and duplicate them in the Satanic godhead, it fits much easier.

Anyway, just my thoughts on it. I believe the two beasts are just two identifying characteristics of the same "beast" we see being tossed into the lake with the false prophet in Revelation 19:20;

And the beast was taken , and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Yet we see Satan is bound in his prison, the bottomless pit until the end in Revelation 20:10.

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Satan has two defining characteristics and I believe those characteristics, in the spirit realm that are his power, ie: the beast (antichrist spirit) and the false prophet are defeated eternally. Then we see in Revelation 20:7-9 Satan himself is released before being tossed into the lake where the beast and false prophet are.

Christ divided the unholy Satanic godhead and it has no completeness of power when Satan is released after the 1,000 years.

Kind of a long walk around the block, but, I believe the two entity "beast" of Revelation 13 is in fact one entity as seen in Revelation 20:10. Just two different ways of describing it on a parallel with the true Godhead.
