Just a small side note that is of interest. It centers around some numbers.

Jesus said in Luke 17:26;

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

We know from Genesis 7:11 that Noah entered the Ark on Cheshvan 17. We also know from Genesis 7:17 that the Ark was lifted above the earth 40 days later.

And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth

We also know that this last November 8 was Cheshvan 17, 2006. We know too that Noah died in the year 2,006 after Adam, as covered in the above studies.

The question is this. If the Ark was lifted above the earth 40 days later, is a sign of the "harpazo", could it be just coincidental that this December 17, 2006 has the same identifying numbers as the verse Jesus spoke?

Could it just be a coincidence it also falls on a Sunday, the Lord's day? Just something to think about.
