Dear Doves,
While watching a video of J. R. Church entitled "Why Do
the Righteous Suffer?", Gary Stearman introduced a book entitled, "The American
Prophecies" by Michael D. Evans, author of "Beyond Iraq." This book
has to do with the way the American Presidents looked at the Bible. The book
states that the Bible verses used when they were sworn into office seemed
to characterize their administrations. I became curious to know what verse
George W. Bush used at his swearing in, (considering the world situation)
and found the following links in my research. I will say that the blurb
about the book seemed to be one of a positive nature, (unknown since I haven't
read the book) but as you will see in reading the second link below, we are
left with a very vague two-edged sword to consider. I came away with
one hope, that being, that although President Bush planned to use George
Washington's Masonic Bible to take his oath, as his father did, God had
other plans, and it arrived under guard too late to be used. Other than that
one fact, things look rather gloomy for our country, especially in light of
all Bush has done with the North American Union, Peace and Prosperity initiatives, the
right to invoke martial law, and our quickly being drawn into the
New World Order. But, my firm conviction is, despite all-- that
our God is on the throne, and HIS Will will be done! Time is speeding
up, so much so it's dizzying; but for the sake of our nation, Israel and
our unsaved loved ones and friends, I feel we should all be praying constantly
for God's mercies upon our nation, (and for the peace of Jerusalem), and pray
that only the godly side of George Bush will win out in the end, and he will
in fact when pressed, not turn on Israel.

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH -- CHRISTIAN OR ILLUMINIST?
"We have a battle that can only be won by the church,
because the church has moral clarity." --Michael D. Evans
Knowing how close we are to the culmination of the Church
Age, (while the rest of the world is going about business as
usual as Jesus told us, "as in the days of Noah"), watching the news
and praying for many prayer requests, I have found myself unable to stop crying
for two days now. Church, we need to pray like never before. We were
born for such a time as this!!! America is not mentioned in prophecy, why?
What we see (news) is going on in the natural, the
end-game will be won or lost in the spiritual! A praying church has phenomenal
power just like a praying mother has for her children, and God honors his
Word and the prayers of the saints! HalleluYAH!
If my people, who are called by my
name, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their
wicked ways; then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and
will heal their land. 2 Chr 7:14
God Bless,
Kay
