To sit, to walk, to stand !
 
There is a time for everything says the Bible, and yes, - there is also a time - to sit, to walk and to stand, - Jesus shows us a lot of examples ! - In Luke 1o:38-42.v. we can read about a litle controverse between Marta and Jesus, about Maria who have taken place with the feet of Jesus, open alone for the word of His. - Let us remark that Jesus is "the living word of God, born among us in blood and flesh, as a man like us," - but still the living word from God.
Maria chose to listen to Jesus, but Marta have a lot to do in the house, and gave it a bigger priority, so she ask Jesus to command her sister to help, but listen to this from Jesus:

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
 
In Isaiah 55:8-11.v. we can read about the word from God, - It have a message to bring, a work to do, and it will never
went empty back to God, but fullfil its work. - So it is good for us to listen to Jesus, when He speak to us, especially in this completly destroying time of ours, where it often ends with, or most of the time is, - me, myself and I - who fill our life. We have to take another resolution in our life, and dont miss our opportunity, but understand what have eternal influenze in our life. - Lets do like Maria, - take time to sit with the feet of Jesus, and listen when He talk. Because only He know the rigth way - He Himself is the truth, the way and life, - yes, Jesus Christ He is the life !
 
But there is also a time to walk on our faith, when Jesus called His disciples He said: follow Me ! - and when He spoke to the woman with Jacobs well, it was a fantastic revealing of His Glory. And she was completly astonished, and left her jug and walked - or run - to the town to tell about it. And the people of the town listen to her, and goes to the well, and a lot of people got saved.
But we also have to walk in faith in our daily life, work, and so on, let that walk be with Jesus, remembering what our jewish brother king David wrote in psalm 23. it is also to us, and remember the lot of others like Enoch, Noah, Job Abraham....the disciples, the wemen arround the cross and the tomb etc. - Let us follow after, because it is the way home, home to Jesus. - Jesus have paid the price for us, - Bless and praise to our Great Lord and King, Jesus Christ.
 
And there is a time to stand, like Paul, Peter and John did, when they were arrested, and have to stand before the high priest and the jewish court. It is examples who have been followed for centories, of men like Luther, Jan Hus and a lot of wonderfull christians, let us follow after.
 
In John 10:27-30.v. Jesus said: My sheep hear My voice, and I knew them, and they follow Me........you can read the rest in your own Bible, - do it it will give you joy.
