Hello Doves. I wish to tell you that yesterday, December  20, I was able to finally meet face to face with another Dove from across the pond. Ian Mallett and I have been great friends for a little over a year now and have looked forward to meeting, and the Lord was very gracious in allowing us to do so yesterday, and in such a perfect way. He was travelling from Kentucky, where he went to pick up his teenage sons, back to the Orlando, Fl area, and had to pass right through Atlanta, where I live, so my teenage son Devin accompanied me and we all had lunch together.
    We had a wonderful time, everyone enjoying the other's accents, and just generally having a good time. Ian asked me to pray for his extended family as they are all planning to go to church together on Christmas Eve. They are not saved, and for them to even want to go to church is a rare thing. So I join Ian in asking for prayers that the Lord would use this as a spark for him to share the Lord Jesus with them, and that the Holy Spirit would go before him and prepare the hearts of all who will receive.
    I also ask for prayers on my behalf as I prepare to go to Mexico for a week to spend with my husband Lico, who lives in Durango. However, his sister lives in Monterrey and perhaps the Lord has plans somehow for us to help Kay with her prayer request mentioned at this link:

   It is possible that I could drive my truck down there instead of flying, and I could carry the donated items that Kay requests on behalf of her friends there. Please contact me by email if there is anyone who lives in the New Orleans area or the Macallen TX area, and could arrange an overnight stay if this plan is of the Lord. Thanks in advance.
