Christ will rise first. The we who are alive and remain will be caught
up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so
we shall always be with the Lord."

though an archangel is present at the Rapture, and speaks, the archangel
is not named.

Michael is the only person named for certain in scripture as an Archangel.

Jude 1:9
"But Michael the archangel, when he disputed with the devil and argued
about the body of Moses, did not dare pronounce against him a railing
judgment, but said "The Lord rebuke you!"

Temperature conversions seem to indicate that Michael the archangel
is the one present at the 1 Thess 4:16,17 event.
